The 2025 Purdue Farmers Market will be organized by Purdue Conferences and Event Design. A link to information about the Market and the online application can be found below.
We may require some additional documentation for you to vend, you can find those documents attached to the end of the application.
Certificate of Insurance: Mandatory
Vehicle Insurance: Mandatory
Retail Merchant Certification: If selling taxable items
Health Department Permit: If selling non-produce food items
Concessions must either be produced in a commercial kitchen or must provide proof of approved registration with the Tippecanoe County Health Department as home-based vendor.
Secondhand Sales Disclosure: If selling items not produced by your business.

Approval & Orientation
Once your application has been submitted, you will receive confirmation of receipt. After the April 4, 2025 submission deadline passes, you will receive Market determination. Please watch your email for next steps, including vendor orientation.
